Sun Hung Kai Financial (UK) Limited (“SHKF (UK)”), previously known as North Square Blue Oak Limited (“NSBO”) was founded in 2003 and provides services to leading global institutional investors in Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore, and is a member of the London Stock Exchange. Headquartered in London with an office in Beijing, SHKF (UK) specialises in serving large and medium-sized institutional clients with AUM exceeding US$2 billion. In addition to its signature products including China macro policy research, it offers specialist equity execution trading services that cover the markets in Europe, Asia and the United States. Hong Kong-based Sun Hung Kai Financial Limited (“SHKFL”) acquired 100% of NSBO with approval from UK regulators and renamed it SHKF (UK) in June 2017.
